What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy balancing and alignment technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Mikao Usui developed Reiki in the early 1900's deriving the term from Japanese words rei, meaning universal and ki, which refers to the vital force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki is often used as a complementary therapy alongside conventional medical treatments.

Creates deep relaxation and helps the body release stress and tension which aids better sleep.
Dissolves energy blocks and promotes natural balance.
Assists the body in cleansing toxins and promotes the immune system.

How should I prepare for my first treatment?
Relax and reflect on any intentions you may want to set prior to appointment if possible. Make sure you are hydrated and have eaten a small meal a few hours prior to appointment. Wear comfortable clothes. You do not remove clothing other than shoes for your Reiki session. ​
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a deeply-immersive full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. This experience begins with each person lying down in a comfortable position often with blanket, pillows or a mat.
If you are unable to lie on floor, other accomodations can be made.
Benefits of a Sound Bath
​Sound baths can help you focus on the present moment and clear your mind of distractions. It can help you to get rid of negative emotions and frustration. You may achieve deeper states of relaxation leading to better sleep, reduced stress levels and improved moods. You may also notice increased energy levels and enhanced creativity.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the booked service(s). For the Monthly Group Sound Bath, the entire event fee will apply.
